Work continues on paintings for my June show and I am happy to report that I am nearing completion. The last four paintings have been conceived, and I have a few precious weeks to finish up the work.

    Jim: When I’m working on several pieces at once, I use photos. Leap-frogging pieces speeds me up. I’m really looking forward to slowing down considerably and working from ‘life’ again. I always have the objects I’m working on beside me.
